Scripture clearly directs us to watch and to comprehend — to the best of our ability — the times in which we are living. In order to do this we must understand to whom we are listening and in what capacity they’re speaking.
The deceiver, as we know, has come with a purpose: to steal, kill and destroy. Evidence of this is all around us and it seems to worsen by the day. People make statements all the time about being exhausted by the problems of living in this time and place and perplexed by the suffering we endure to survive here.
This is understandable — the signs of the times are surely upon us — and because we are human beings living in this physical realm, we can become fatigued at the rising level of intensity we are experiencing.
These, though, are to be expected. Rest assured, this pain is temporary.
